Lauren was assigned a project; to create a diorama of an elephant and its habitat. She was really excited and had one week to complete it. Every night she asked me if we were going to start on it tonight. Finally I told her that we would not be working on it until Saturday. In the mean time I suggested that she make a plan and a list of supplies that she needed. On Friday we went to the store and bought what was on her list. Saturday she spent the better part of the afternoon working on her project. She did everything by herself. She did a great job and we are sure that she will earn a 100.
